Refuse

(1) Where receptacles are provided by the Council for rubbish and refuse no rubbish or refuse shall be thrown or deposited in the Market or Market area elsewhere than in such receptacles. (2) The feeding of animals and birds, other than those exposed for sale, in the Market or Market area shall be an offence against these By-Laws.
