Weighing meat to ascertain fees

All meat on which the fees are charged according to weight shall be weighed by the owner or his agent in the presence of the Clerk of the Slaughter house and according to his directions. The weight of all meat except turtle shall be ascertained after the carcass has been dressed. The weight of turtle shall be ascertained before it is slaughtered.
