Summaries of Act to be brought to the notice of workers

(1) The Labour Commissioner shall, where necessary, cause concise summaries of this Act to be printed in English and in a language known to the workers and shall make such summaries available to the employers and workers concerned. (2) Where necessary, the employer may be directed by the Commissioner to post such summaries in a language known to the workers in conspicuous places.
