Contracts by children and young persons

(1) A child shall not be capable of entering into a contract. (2) A young person shall not be capable of entering into a contract except for employment in an occupation approved by a labour officer as not being injurious to the moral or physical development of non-adults. 50 (3) This section shall apply notwithstanding anything contained in any law.
