Application

(1) This Part shall apply only to written contracts of service. 45 (2) In this Part“contract” means a written contract of service; “family”, in relation to a worker, means his wife and unmarried children except adult males. “the Convention” means the Contracts of Employment (Indigenous Workers) Convention 1939 and the Contracts of Employment (Indigenous Workers) Convention 1947;
