Establishment of Tribunal

(1) A Labour Complaints Tribunal shall be established for the purpose of providing a fair and impartial appeal process arising from complaints of unfair dismissal or wrongful 119
(2) The organization and constitution of the Labour Complaints Tribunal shall be as set out in the Schedule.
