False certificate or representation as to age

Where a child is taken into employment on the production (by or with the privity of the parent or guardian) of a false or forged birth certificate, or on the false representation by his parent or guardian as to his age, such parent or guardian commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding four months.
