Burial of deceased worker or dependent

An employer shall provide decent interment for any deceased worker who was resident at the place of employment at the time of death or for any deceased dependent of a worker who was resident at the place of employment at the date of death unless in the case of a deceased worker a relative or friend undertakes the duty and in the case of a deceased dependent of a worker the worker undertakes such duty.
