Procedure

Where proceedings are brought under section 133, in respect of an offence consisting of a failure to make any payments under this Part then if notice of intention to do so has been served with a summons, warrant or complaint, on proof of the failure the court may order the employer to make any payments which ought to have been made in respect of the period of employment concerned. Any such order shall be enforced in accordance with the Summary Jurisdiction (Procedure) Act. 90
