No power to contract out

Any agreement between an employer and the worker which purports to exclude the operation of any of the provisions of this Part shall be null and void, Provided that this Part may be varied in respect of any particular industry or undertaking by a Wages Regulation Order made under the Wages Councils Act, and relating to the said industry or undertaking.
