Rates of wages to be notified by employer to worker

Where an employer offers any work to a worker, he shall inform him, either at the time of the offer or as soon thereafter on the same day as may be practicable, whether he is to be paid for his services by time or by the piece or by the task and at what rate for the time, piece or task, as the case may be.
