Deductions for obtaining or retaining employment prohibited

(1) Deductions in the form of direct or indirect payments for the purpose of obtaining or retaining employment shall not be made from the wages of a worker by an employer, or by any intermediary or labour contractor or recruiter. (2) Any person who contravenes this section commits an
