Interior

The interior wall surfaces of any room provided for the purposes of subparagraph (d) of regulation 5 and all workrooms, hanging rooms and slaughter halls shall be faced with smooth hard impervious material up to a height of not less than 6 feet from the floor, provided that where carcasses might come into contact with the wall at a level higher than 6 feet from the floor the facing shall be continued up to such higher level. 66 Food and Drugs
