Thermometers

(1) An inspector may at any time check the internal temperature of any product subjected to heating in accordance with the provisions of regulation 65. (2) If an inspector shall find any thermometer to be defective or of questionable accuracy he may order that such thermometer be replaced. Food and Drugs 105
