Approval of labels

(1) No label shall be used on any product until it has been approved by the Minister. (2) No label shall be used on any product for which it has not been approved. (3) No labelling of products shall be done other than in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations. (4) Abbreviated marks of inspection may be used with the approval of the authorised officer and shall have the same force Abbreviations. 86 Food and Drugs and effect as the respective marks for which they are the authorised abbreviations.
