Denaturing offal

Any fat derived from condemned material and possessing the physical characteristics of colour, odour or taste of an edible product shall be denatured to distinguish it effectively from an edible product by adding thereto and mixing thoroughly therewith denaturing oil, number 2 fuel oil or brucine dissolved in a mixture of alcohol and pine oil or oil of rosemary.
