Drains

Slaughterhouse (Hygienic Practices) Regulations, reg. 13 · Revised Edition 2020

There shall be provided in and in connection with every slaughterhouse satisfactory drainage and catch basins with traps for solids, which shall be maintained in proper working order. All such drains and catch basins shall be kept clean and free from odours.
