Ceilings and surfaces

Slaughterhouse (Hygienic Practices) Regulations, reg. 10 · Revised Edition 2020

All ceilings and, where there are no ceilings, the interior surfaces of roofs and all interior surfaces not included in regulation 9 shall be so constructed and finished as to minimise condensation, mould development flaking and the lodgement of dirt.
