Restriction on the use of a slaughterhouse

(1) No person shall slaughter or cause to be slaughtered in any slaughterhouse any living creature other than an animal tended for sale for human consumption. (2) No person shall dress or cause to be dressed in a slaughterhouse the carcass of any creature other than an animal intended for sale for human consumption.
