No person shall remove or cause or permit to be removed from a slaughterhouse any blood intended for human consumption or any carcass or part of a carcass or any offal until it has been inspected in accordance with these Regulations and, in the case of any carcass or part of a carcass which has been so inspected and passed as fit for human consumption by an inspector, until it has been marked in accordance with regulation
