Export Certificate

All carcasses, parts of carcasses, meat and meat products destined for export shall be accompanied by an official export certificate stating that the meat has been produced and inspected in an official establishment and may include the results of a species identification test as required by regulation 26 and shall be signed by the Authorised Officer who has conducted the Food and Drugs 27
