Anthrax

(1) All carcasses or parts thereof affected with anthrax shall be condemned and disposed of in accordance with regulation (2) Where any carcass is found before evisceration to be suffering from anthrax such carcass shall not be eviscerated. 26 Food and Drugs (3) Where any part of any carcass has been contaminated with anthrax infested material through contact with soiled instruments or otherwise such part shall be condemned and disposed of forthwith.
