Calf carcass
Meat (Post Mortem) Inspection Regulations, reg. 20 · Revised Edition 2020
The skin of any calf carcass infested with the larvae of the “oxwarble” fly (Hypoderma lineata and Hypoderma bovis) Food and Drugs 25 or other parasites or other pathological skin conditions shall be removed before inspection.
