Condemned carcasses

Every carcass or part of a carcass that has been condemned shall be marked conspicuously “Condemned”. Condemned detached parts and organs of such a character that they cannot be marked condemned shall be placed forthwith in receptacles marked “Condemned”. All condemned carcasses and receptacles containing condemned parts and organs shall be kept under the control of an inspector and shall be tagged in accordance with the provisions of the Slaughterhouse (Hygienic Practices) Regulations, before the close of the day upon which they were condemned. 24 Food and Drugs
