Any person who produces oysters or oyster meat shall for that purpose– (a) use oysters in the shell that are live, individual, undamaged and free from mussels, limpets, stones, mud and other extraneous material; (b) use containers, in which Atlantic oysters in the shell have been packed, that are legibly marked in such a manner that the area from which the oysters were harvested can be determined to the satisfaction of an Inspector.
