Inactivated certificate, etc

(1) The Managing Director may, on application by an operator of a registered establishment, inactivate the certificate of registration, if all applicable fees have been paid in respect of it. 260 (2) The operator of a registered establishment in respect of which a certificate of registration has been inactivated shall not process any fish or fishery products for export.
