Amendment of Certificate, etc

(1) The Managing Director may, on application by an operator of a registered establishment or the holder of a fish or fishery products export licence, amend a certificate of registration or a fish or fishery products export licence if every applicable requirement of these Regulations is met, including the payment of the applicable fees. (2) The expiry date of an amended certificate of registration or fish or fishery products export licence is the date indicated on the original certificate or licence.
