Notwithstanding paragraph 2, for the purpose of determining the date of commencement of the re-registration exercise required to be carried out next after that referred to in paragraph 2, regard shall not be hard to the alteration of date made in that GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of Belize this 30th day of June, 2017.
