Extension of Part IX of Act
Summary Jurisdiction Procedure (Maintenance Orders) (Facilities For Enforcement) (Consolidation) Order, para. 2 · Revised Edition 2020
Part IX of the Summary Jurisdiction (Procedure) Act shall extend to maintenance orders made by courts within the territories specified in the Schedule hereto.
