Statement of ownership of public property

Where, in any document in any proceeding under this Act, it is necessary to state the ownership of, (a) any work or building made, erected or maintained, either wholly or in part, at the expense of the inhabitants of Belize, or of any city, town or village of Belize; or (b) any thing belonging or used in relation thereto; or (c) any thing provided for the use of the poor or of any public institution or establishment; or (d) any materials or tools provided or used for repairing the work or building, or any public road or highway; or (e) any other property whatever, whether real or personal, of the inhabitants aforesaid, it shall be sufficient to state that the property is the property of the inhabitants of Belize, or of the city, town or village, as the case may be, without naming any of them.
