Application of provisions relating to summary jurisdiction procedure

The provisions of this Act which apply to proceedings in summary conviction offences shall apply in like manner to proceedings before summary jurisdiction courts under this Part, and the power to make rules under section 67 of the Inferior Courts Act, Cap. 94, and to prescribe fees and costs under section 61 of the said Act shall include power to make rules regulating the procedure of summary jurisdiction courts under this Part and prescribing fees and costs in respect thereof.
