Saving of offences constituted by other statutes

Nothing in the Summary Jurisdiction (Offences) Act, Cap. 98, shall be construed to take away or affect the jurisdiction of a magistrate or justice of the peace in respect of offences constituted by any other statute for the time being in force and not specified in that Act.
