Conduct of case

Both the complainant and the defendant shall be entitled to conduct their respective cases in person or by an attorney-at-law or (without prejudice to section 17 of the Police Act, Cap. 138, by any other fit and proper person designated by the Director of Public Prosecutions in writing to conduct prosecutions.
