Searching licensed places

It shall be lawful for any police officer, and for all persons whom he calls to his assistance, to enter without warrant into any house licensed for the sale by retail of fermented or spirituous liquors, and to search therein for offenders and otherwise perform their duty, using as little annoyance to the inmates thereof as possible.
