Abetment of summary conviction offence

A person who aids, abets, counsels, causes or procures the commission of any summary conviction offence shall be liable to be proceeded against and convicted for that offence, either together with the principal offender or before or after his conviction, and shall be liable, on conviction, to the same punishment as that to which the principal offender is liable by law.
