Remission by the Governor-General of penalties

Every person who accepts or acquiesces in any remission or restoration as provided in section 132 of this Act shall be thereby debarred from having, maintaining or continuing, any action or suit in respect of any matter to which the remission or restoration relates, and no further proceedings shall be taken against him in relation to that matter.
