Proof of previous conviction

Subject to the provisions of this or any other statute, every penalty or any part thereof recovered in the court in respect of a summary conviction offence, and also the proceeds of any seizure or forfeiture made or incurred subject to the process of the court, shall be paid by the officer into whose hands they come to the Accountant General.
