Arrest of person detained in case of escape

A person so ordered to be detained in a poor-house who leaves it, or any public hospital to which he has been removed, before he has been discharged as provided by sections 121 and 122 of this Act may be arrested, without warrant, by any police officer and conveyed back to a poor-house, and there detained as hereinbefore mentioned.
