Power to order discharge of person detained

Every magistrate is hereby authorised to make an order in writing directing the immediate discharge from a poor-house of any person who has been so ordered to be detained therein if it appears to the magistrate that he has become capable of earning his livelihood, and he shall be discharged accordingly. Discharged of
