Making of complaint under this Part

(1) A complaint for an offence under this Part shall be made by the owner, or by the attorney or agent of the owner, of the property on or with respect to which the trespass or injury is committed or the use or occupation takes place. (2) Any manager or overseer employed on any plantation or estate shall be deemed to be the agent of the owner for the purposes of this section. Accused.
