Name and address of printer and publisher to be disclosed

(1) A person who prints or publishes any publication shall cause to be printed, typewritten or written at the foot thereof or in some other conspicuous place therein in legible characters the true names and addresses of the printer and publisher of such publication. (2) A person who fails to comply with this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or to both such fine and term of imprisonment. (3) “Publication” includes any book, circular, pamphlet, handbill, poster or any other publication in writing. Division 1
