It is hereby declared that the principals of Valle Agro Ltd, located at Mile 3 Valley of Peace Road, Banana Bank Area, Cayo District, shall manufacture a plant based, biodegradable, agricultural surfactant used in the Agro-Chemcial and Agricultural sectors. Valle Agro Ltd (hereinafter called “the Company”) shall be an approved enterprise under the Fiscal Incentives Act. CAP. 54.
