Declaration of enterprise and development enterprise

It is hereby declared that the principals of Stonebass Investments Limited located at #2 W Ford Young Drive, Cahal Pech Hill, San Ignacio, Cayo District, shall upgrade existing facilities at the Cahal Pech Jungle Lodge comprising of 11 rooms, 5 cabanas and a restaurant. Stonebass Investment Limited (hereinafter called “the Company”) shall be an approved enterprise under the Fiscal Incentives Act. CAP. 54.
