Declaration of enterprise and development enterprise

It is hereby declared that the principals of Lynx Holdings Limited located on Coconut Drive, Ambergris Caye, shall develop an internationally branded hotel featuring one hundred and twenty (120) keys, comprising of three (3) five-story buildings, and eight (8) three-storey beach villas. Lynx Holdings Limited (hereinafter called “the Company”) shall be an approved enterprise under the Fiscal Incentives Act. CAP. 54.
