It is hereby declared that the principals of Caribbean Paper Company Limited located at Mile 13, George Price Highway, Belize City, shall upgrade and enhance its manufacturing operation to produce a variety of paper and paper articles for domestic and export market, Caribbean Paper Company Limited (hereinafter called “the Company”) shall be an approved enterprise under the Fiscal Incentives Act.
