It is hereby declared that the principals of JMA Rentals Ltd, located at 3.5 Miles Phillip Goldson Highway, Belize District, shall expand and upgrade an existing auto rental business under the Budget Rent a car international brand, JMA Rentals Limited (hereinafter called “the Company”) shall be an approved enterprise under the Fiscal Incentives Act.
