Approved Enterprise (Royal Kahal Resort Limited) Order, para. 2 · Revised Edition 2020

It is hereby declared that the principals of Royal Kahal Resort Limited located at Parcel No. 436 and 437, Block 7, in San Pedro, Belize District shall develop a beach front luxury hotel, Royal Kahal Resort Limited (hereinafter called “the Company”) shall be an approved enterprise under the Fiscal Incentives Act. CAP. 54.
