It is hereby declared that the principals of Blue Creek Pet Food Limited located at Parcel. 8-98-30 in Blue Creek Village, Orange Walk District, shall establish and operate a pet and aquatic food production facility. Blue Creek Pet Food Limited (hereinafter called “the Company”) shall be an approved enterprise under the Fiscal Incentives Act. CAP. 54.
