Declaration of enterprise and development enterprise

It is hereby declared that the principals of Belize Medical Associates Limited located at 5791 St. Thomas Street, Belize City shall renovate and expand its rooms and acquire new imaging equipment that will put the facility in a better position to retain a greater portion of the local market and attract cruise tourists. Belize Medical Associates Limited (hereinafter called “the Company”) shall be an approved enterprise under the Fiscal Incentives Act. CAP. 54.
