It is hereby declared that the principals of R & B Development Company Limited shall develop a luxurious upscale two tower resort called “Divine Cove Oceanside Resort” at its location on the Mile 13 on the Placencia Peninsula. R & B Development Company Limited (hereinafter called “the Company”) shall be an approved enterprise under the Fiscal Incentives Act. CAP. 54.
